Day 1

Submit Requirements

Send us your product specification, target market, branding guidelines, and estimated annual volume. We respond within 24 hours.

Day 1–2

NDA Signing

We sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussion. Your product concept, specifications, and business information remain strictly confidential.

Day 3–5

Engineering Review

Our engineering team reviews your spec and provides a feasibility report, suggested BOM, and preliminary pricing within 3 business days.

Day 6–20

Sample Production

Pre-production samples are manufactured with your branding and specifications. Standard sample lead time is 10–15 business days.

05

Day 21+

Approval & Mass Production

Once you approve the sample, we issue a formal quotation and production schedule. Mass production begins upon PO and deposit receipt.

1 What is the minimum order quantity for OEM?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU. For custom specifications or new cable constructions, MOQ may be 1,000 pieces. Contact us for your specific requirements — we evaluate each project individually.

2 How long does it take to receive samples?

Standard pre-production samples are ready in 10–15 business days after NDA signing and specification confirmation. Rush samples (7 business days) are available for an additional fee.

3 Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, always. We sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussion begins. Your product concepts, specifications, pricing, and business information are never shared with third parties.

4 Can you help us get CE or FCC certification for our branded product?

Yes. We provide full technical documentation packages for CE (EU), FCC (USA), KC (South Korea), PSE (Japan), and other regional certifications. Our compliance team has supported 50+ OEM brands through market entry.

5 What cable types can be customized?

We offer OEM/ODM services across our full product range: DisplayPort 2.1 (DP40/DP80), HDMI 2.1 (passive and AOC), USB4 / USB-C, and network cables (Cat6A, Cat7, Cat8). Custom hybrid cables are also available on request.

6 What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% deposit upon PO confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners with good payment history, we offer net-30 and net-60 terms. T/T, L/C, and PayPal are accepted.

7 Can I visit your factory?

Yes. We welcome factory visits from qualified buyers. Our facility is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, approximately 1 hour from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
